When was the last time you supported the Cleveland Police Foundation?

Maybe it’s time you supported community policing — where police, families, and businesses live in peace and harmony!

For only $10 per month, you can help support:

  • One officer’s wellness program
  • Four kids at Christmas
  • Five kids on a fishing trip
  • Taking two guns off the street
  • One award for Police Officer of the Month

People sometimes ask what the Cleveland Police Foundation does. We do a lot more than you might imagine.

Founded in 2005 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity, the Foundation helps make Community Policing work. In the simplest terms, community policing brings police and the community together to make Cleveland safer through trust and mutual respect. Because we foster good relationships, good things happen.

Our Foundation enhances both police wellness and morale, and we create opportunities for positive interactions between our police and Cleveland kids and their families.

Here is a quick pictorial view of some of the things the Cleveland Police Foundation does every year. You can help by donating as little as $10 per month. But any donation helps!

These are not just photos. They are real moments made possible by Friends who give just $10 a month. Your support helps create the next one.

Meal Support

Residents and staff in a group home kitchen hold donated pizzas from local police officers, ready to share a meal together.

Meal programs across Cleveland’s police districts help officers reach families and individuals when help is needed most.

Cops and Kids Fishing

Officers and children in matching “Cops for Kids Fishing Days” shirts gather on a charter fishing boat during a community outing.

A day on the water with local officers builds trust through fun, friendship, and shared experiences.

Kids Christmas Fund

A young girl holding art supplies and a red carnation, accompanied by a woman carrying stuffed animals, meets Santa Claus during a holiday gift event.

Holiday gifts and visits for children and families in crisis bring comfort and remind them they are not forgotten.

Officer Wellness & Support

Cleveland Police Officer Vaden shares a joyful hug with her son beside a patrol vehicle.

When officers or their families face hardship, CPF provides wellness resources and assistance when it matters most.

Police Officer of the Month

Officers stand together outdoors with a lawnmower and leaf blower during a neighborhood cleanup project.

Recognizing officers whose service and dedication reflect the best of the Cleveland Division of Police.

Community Outreach

A Cleveland police officer smiles while speaking with a community member at a gathering with children in the background.

Creating opportunities for residents and officers to connect, share meals, and spend meaningful time together.
