Memorial Day Tribute Honors Officer Jamieson Ritter

Artist Danilo Zammattio presents District 3 officers with a granite engraving of fallen Officer Jamieson Ritter inside the 3rd District lobby.

This past Memorial Day, artist Danilo Zammattio visited District 3 to present a granite engraving honoring Officer Jamieson Ritter, whose End of Watch was July 4, 2024. The plaque serves as a lasting tribute to Officer Ritter’s legacy and a solemn reminder of the sacrifice made by all who have worn the badge.

District 3 officers expressed gratitude for Zammattio’s gift, which now stands as a permanent symbol of service and remembrance within the district.
