Twelve years ago, Dick Clough joined the CPF Board. This month, he steps down as Chairman, leaving behind a Foundation that’s stronger and ready for what’s next. We’re honoring his legacy alongside Officers Fitchwell and Kane, who got a family and their pets out of a burning house with about 30 seconds to spare.
