A New Friend!

Through community efforts and engagements with residents in the Fifth District’s E. 105 and St. Clair neighborhood, officers were made aware that 80 year old Gean Coleman of Greenlawn Avenue had recently suffered the loss of her beloved dog. Touched by the woman’s sadness, members of A-platoon wanted to help. The officers collected money to pay for the adoption of Rocky, a Jack Russell Terrier from Cleveland’s APL. Further, they Provided enough money to cover registration, food, a collar and leash and some dog toys.

The officers of A-platoon presented the dog to Ms. Coleman on June 1st  and…she was delighted! So was Rocky!551505_863974367001337_729327194968293996_n
