St Francis School at 7206 Myron, off of E 71 and Superior, invited safety forces workers from across the city to lunch on Monday to thank them for their service to the community. Police, firefighters, and EMS sat down with all of the students and shared stories and feelings about our community. The kids and staff at St Francis were amazing and met everyone with a hand shake and “Welcome to St Francis” greeting. I was very impressed by the honesty of their notes and drawings, as well as their politeness and respect for all of the safety forces. Thank you to the staff and children of St. Francis!!
