Renowned Artist Immortalizes Owens’ Memorial Park

The Cleveland Police Foundation wants to thank local Ohio City artist Chuck Delpapa for creating a painting of Officer Derek Owens’ Memorial Park for Officer Owens’ mother and another for his wife!

Chuck also presented two prints of the painting to the Cleveland Police Foundation.

Delpapa, with a stellar career in interior design and advertising, specializes in watercolors. He records recent memories, sights, and events with a vast portfolio of depictions of nostalgic glimpses of life events.

Thank you to this very talented artist and good friend of the Cleveland Police and CPF!!
