North Coast Harbor Ice Fest

The Cleveland Police Foundation and Community Relations passed out gift bags to children at the Ice Fest held at the North Coast Harbor on Monday January 20th!!

The event was free and featured a vast display of ice sculptures.  There were crafts, hot cocoa, and giveaways!  And the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame & Museum as well as the Great Lakes Science Center offered free admission.  Awesome job by Jessica Kerr and the Downtown Cleveland Alliance staff!!

It was a great time for all at the North Coast Harbor, where the city meets the lake in Downtown Cleveland!!
