The Cleveland Police Foundation (CPF), the approved fundraising arm of the Cleveland Division of Police, is calling on individuals, families, and business organizations to support its mission by joining the Foundation through its annual membership program.
Membership funds help support programs that build bridges between police and the community and enhance officer wellness and mental health. In 2025, the Foundation plans to expand opportunities for positive interactions between police and youth, while continuing to invest in meaningful community-based initiatives.
“For just pennies a day, individuals, families, and business organizations who join the Foundation as Friends play a critical role in helping underwrite these and other efforts to improve police effectiveness and community relations,” notes Foundation President Adam Pizzurro. “Together we can make a difference.”
Membership Options
Friend Memberships for individuals and families range from $50 to $150 and include:
- A CPF membership card and lapel pin

- Recognition on the CPF website
Business Friend/Partner Memberships start at $500 and include the above perks, plus:

Although the Foundation operates independently of the City and the Division of Police, it serves as the Division’s fiduciary and official manager of philanthropic contributions. All donations to benefit the Division of Police must be made through the Foundation.
The CPF also manages and supports Cleveland Police Charities, including:
- The Cleveland Police Athletic League (PAL)
- The Cleveland Police Historical Society & Museum
- The Mounted Police Unit Charitable Trust
- Pipes & Drums of the Cleveland Police
- The Cleveland Police Honor Guard
The Cleveland Police Foundation is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all contributions are tax-deductible.
