The Partner – December 2025: Three Pillars. One Mission. A Year of Impact.

The Partner December 2025 newsletter header featuring Cleveland Police officers connecting with local children through community outreach.

Dear Friends,

The December edition of The Partner centers on reflection, service, and recognition as the year comes to a close.

Our featured article, Three Pillars. One Mission., shares a year-end message from CPF leadership and reflects on the Foundation’s continued focus on community policing, officer wellness, and recognizing acts of service across Cleveland.

This issue also recognizes Officers Antonio Barnhardt and Trevor Smith, who turned a downtown call into meaningful assistance for a veteran in need, and Hector Feliciano, whose quick action and courage helped rescue a neighbor during a house fire.

Together, these stories highlight the impact of thoughtful decision-making, compassion, and service by both officers and community members throughout Cleveland.
