Several resource organizations from across the city attended and there were many discussions regarding safety. Two monitors of the DOJ Consent Decree were present to discuss any issues residents may have with police. Officers were able to speak with the kids and play basketball, and a one-on-one basketball was held at the conclusion of the event. Mitchell’s Homemade Ice Cream donated peanut butter and pretzel yogurt and wild berry crumble ice cream for those in attendance. Thank you to Iglesia De Dios Pentacostal Church and everyone who attended and donated to this great event.12687786_561930600638843_1178459021632448960_n
