On Sunday, July 12, 2015 The Cleveland Police Foundation hosted a benefit at the 50th Anniversary Chagrin Valley Jumper Classic & Cleveland Grand Prix, held at the Cleveland Metroparks Polo Grounds in Moreland Hills Ohio. An enthusiastic crowd was on hand to watch this exciting international sporting event, in which internationally acclaimed professional riders rode world-class horses through a challenging course of jumps, and obstacles. The folks in attendance were also treated to a car show which featured many classic vehicles, and we thank these participants for taking time to display their autos and answer questions about them. All in all it was a very special day for all that attended and we want to thank Laura Hammel, Pam Blossom, Deb Hermann, and everyone else for inviting The Cleveland Police Foundation to be host for this outstanding event. I would also like to thank Chas Lane, Jan Grega, and our intern, Alliison Porter for arriving early and setting things up. And finally a big thank you to Cleveland Police Officer Paul Fronckowiak, his K-9 Partner Benny, and Officer Deng of the Motorcycle Unit for their participation in this event. Hope to see you all next year, and thanks once again to all that participated in making this event a success.
