CPD Event Provides Valuable Resources for Officers & Families

The Cleveland Police Foundation was honored to participate in the Employee Assistance Unit’s Family Resource Event. Members of the Cleveland Division of Police and their families were encouraged to attend to learn about valuable resources, coping strategies and support services available to them. The event was designed to strengthen the Division while promoting wellness, resilience, and overall well-being among officers and their loved ones.

The Cleveland Police Foundation is the official charity for the Cleveland Division of Police and the only organization authorized to solicit charitable contributions on its behalf.

We provide funding for youth and community outreach programs, community policing and engagement initiatives, safety & crime prevention programs, and support the members of the Cleveland Division of Police to help them better perform their duties. Contributions to the CPF are tax deductible under section 501 (c)(3) of the IRS Code.

The Cleveland Police Foundation funds youth and community outreach programs, community policing initiatives, crime prevention and safety programs, police charities, support for the members of the Division of Police to help them better perform their duties, investment in advanced education and training, and funding for specialized equipment and technology.
