Corner#65

Refugees at Mounted UnitThe men and women of the Cleveland Police Mounted Unit used the holiday season to play host to approximately 20 African refugee children who are part of the #Corner65 initiative.

#Corner65 primarily works with the African refugee youth population in Cleveland. #Corner65 provides a safe space for personal growth, life skills development, and mentorship through activities. Officers at the Mounted Unit gave the youngsters a full tour of the stables and let them meet “face-to-face” with Cleveland’s four-legged guardians.
