Cops, Kids, and Shoes!!

Lots of shopping with the CPD and some terrific kids from Marion Seltzer Elementary School on Tuesday December 12 added up to new shoes and socks at Payless!!! 1st District and Community Policing officers joined us and the kids for a great time.

We capped it off with some ice cream at Mitchell’s on W 25th St. Some of these kids recently arrived here from Puerto Rico after the recent hurricane and did not have proper winter shoes. We even donated some new winter coats and book bags to the school for those in need. One of the kids commented that they never had so much fun at school before!! Thank you to all who donated to our latest Cops for Kids fundraiser for allowing us to help others!!
