Cleveland Police Dispatchers Donate Supplies

The Cleveland Police Foundation wants to say thank you to our Cleveland Police dispatchers and call takers for donating several boxes of school supplies to Thomas Jefferson International Newcomers Academy!! The men and women of our communications unit joined CPF and donated backpacks, paper, notebooks, markers, glue, etc., to the kids and teachers of this very unique school.

Thomas Jefferson has nearly 500 children from 43 foreign countries, speaking 23 different languages. Many of the students are refugees and may lack the resources to purchase school supplies.

Thank you Commander Cavett, Lieutenant Lentz, and all of the men and women of communications that are leading by example to promote education and service in our community!!
