Every year officers in the United States begin their workday with the possibility that they will not return home. Through officer safety and training we hope to never have to add another officer’s name to the National Memorial Wall. Unfortunately there is an officer killed every 54 hours in the United States. For some of us that could be a friend, fellow brother in blue, or maybe even an academy classmate and it will leave a void with us forever. We will never be able to replace those individuals in our lives but we can be certain that they will always have a place in history on our nations Police Memorial in Washington DC.
The memorial wall is the only memorial that will never truly be finished. This is why we are making the trip from Virginia to Washington D.C. to help raise awareness and funding so the memorial can be kept the way it was inteneded and to always represent the highest honor that these officers brought to the job everyday. We hope that you will join the four of us in our fundraising efforts and to allow us to continue to be the largest supporter of the Police Memorial. Last year the donation was over 1.7 million dollars and every year continues to grow.
