Captain Sulzer & The Cleveland Police Foundation Receive the Martin Luther King Outstanding Humanitarian Award

5475_557247864440450_7442607115572075503_nCaptain Keith Sulzer and the Cleveland Police Foundation were awarded the Martin Luther King Outstanding Humanitarian Award by New Beginnings Church on Giddings Rd. at an MLK Memorial Service on Sunday. Rev. Rufus Webb and his congregation wanted to recognize us for all the great work we have done helping those in need in the community. We were very honored to receive an award named after such an incredible man, Martin Luther King Jr.. We want to thank Yvonne Pointer for nominating us and for being such a wonderful leader in our city. We also need to thank all of our partner organizations for helping us help others in Cleveland. We provide funding for youth and community outreach programs, community policing and engagement initiatives, safety & crime prevention programs, and support the members of the Cleveland Division of Police to help them better perform their duties.
