First District Honors Service and Community Support

The First District Community Relations Awards Ceremony was held at Saint Mary’s Orthodox Auditorium and in attendance, along with the officers and citizens getting recognized, were Chief Todd, members of her staff and other city officials. It was a strong showing of support for the men and women who continue to serve the community each day.

Along with the district award recipients were Patrol Officer Matthew France, Allison Burkhalter Sharp and Kristina’s Family Restaurant, who received the Cleveland Police Foundation’s Community Service Awards.

A big thank you to CPF board representatives Kathy Heigle, David Strang and Steve Anthony who assisted me throughout the evening.

Congratulations to all that were recognized and thank you for your service to the community.
