Fifth District Team Comes Together for Gym Refresh - The Cleveland Police Foundation

On Sunday, November 2, 2025 an ambitious and willing group of 5th District officers and citizens descended on the District 5 gym to clean walls, paint and scrub the equipment. Led by Commander Johnson, Captain DeFranco and encouraged on by a healing Lt. Montanaro, this group was all part of a joint effort to encourage all officers to use the facility and improve morale.

I personally want to thank all the officers that assisted, Dave and Kathy Heigle of the Cleveland Police Foundation and Todd Walsh. I cannot wait for the renovation to be completed.
