Last week, officers from the Cleveland Division of Police Second District joined Councilwoman Jasmin Santana for a community safety walk through the heart of the neighborhood. Commander Maffo-Judd, Sgt. Thomas, Officer Lozinak, and Officer Domnori spent the afternoon engaging directly with residents — knocking on doors, listening to concerns, and sharing resources face to face.
These walks are about more than visibility; they’re a reminder that safety is built on relationships. From backyard chats to sidewalk conversations, every connection counts. The team appreciated everyone who took a moment to stop and talk — and especially the young residents who made the day even brighter.
District 2 continues to prioritize these one-on-one moments as part of a broader commitment to trust, accountability, and shared responsibility in keeping our communities safe.
