Fourth District Community Relations Awards

The Fourth District’s 40th Annual Community Relations Awards Ceremony was held at the Fairhill Partners Facility to honor both officers and citizens that go beyond the call of duty. In attendance to help celebrate this event were Mayor Justin Bibb, Safety Director Karrie Howard, Chief Drummond, other city dignitaries and many relatives and friends of the recipients. Also attending from the Cleveland Police Foundation were President Dick Clough, Executive Director Rick DeChant, Jimmy Craciun, Bill Dillingham and Bob Guttu who presented our Community Service Awards to newly appointed Sergeant Crystal Lewis, Edwin Parris and The May Dugan Center. A big congratulations goes out to Commander Kutz, Master of Ceremony, and Sergeant Ray O’Connor and their staff for helping to make this event a success. Also, congratulations to all the recipients on a job well done and a big thanks to all that attended to support these outstanding individuals.
